THE SITUATION
When Asynco entered Clair Estates, the project was already in motion and had experienced a delivery-team change. The renovation included varied levels of completion, limited documentation, incomplete work, unresolved selections, and construction activity that was not fully aligned in sequence.
This was not a clean handoff. It was the kind of project where the next phase depended on first understanding what was actually complete, what remained unresolved, what decisions still needed to be made, and how to bring the work back into a manageable structure.

As construction manager, Asynco stepped in to bring clarity, documentation, coordination, and completion discipline to the project.

The key challenge was not simply finishing a checklist. The project required Asynco to make sense of varied completion levels, limited documentation, unresolved selections, and work that needed to be brought into a more controlled sequence.
In a project like this, missed details can create delays, confusion, duplicated effort, and frustration for the owner, tenant, and delivery team. Asynco’s role was to stabilize the path forward and help the remaining work move with clearer coordination.
