Claire Estates is the strongest launch case study for Asynco because it shows the firm’s ability to enter a complex project after conditions have changed and bring the work through to completion.
When Asynco became involved, the project had experienced a delivery-team change and included varied levels of completion, limited documentation, incomplete work, unresolved selections, and out-of-sequence construction. As construction manager, Asynco assessed conditions, identified remaining work, established documentation and tracking, developed a completion plan, coordinated the remaining work, worked with the owner and tenant on interior design and finish selections, and carried the project through to completion and occupancy on November 26, 2024.
