We are a small company by design. We assemble the right team for each individual project, providing our clients with sustained + focused attention from start to finish.
OUR STORY
In February of 2020, after two decades in the industry, previously being a developer and having worked for some of Canada’s most reputable construction companies, I decided to leverage my experience and network and start my own firm, Asynco Projects Inc. Some might say that my timing wasn’t the greatest (given the onset of a global pandemic), but I knew I had something to offer that would be different in the construction/development community, and I love what I do.
Asynco is unique in the marketplace, offering project management and development management services in addition to the traditional suite of general contracting, construction management, design-build services and much more. For us, it is all about relationships. What sets us apart is that these are not just words, but what I live by each day and have embedded into our new company culture. We are a service provider, and we take that role very seriously. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and values. We believe that success depends on the expertise, collaboration and superior effort of our team and project partners.
The year of Asynco’s incorporation is symbolic: when used to assess visual acuity 20/20 indicates a sharpness and clarity of vision to objects at a distance. Our vision for the future is clear; to be a leader in the industry, utilizing technology and working with people who really care about delivering unrivalled personalized service. Our future is not that far in the distance and with the pace of change in our current market, clarity of purpose and a commitment to innovate will help us achieve that vision.
